Tashe is an ex-professional figure skater with a passion for functional and dynamic movement. She holds numerous certifications and has over 17 years of training experience. Tashe is a movement specialist with an eye for patterns of dysfunction. She teaches people how to move for pain relief, weight loss and/or performance. Tashe enjoys seeing the mental and physical transformations in her clients.
Tashe believes in building a strong foundation, moving dynamically, challenging your body, and reaching new heights. She encourages training to move beautifully in simply designed ways.
